Unfortunately, Win A Day Casino lacks in promotional material, as the time of writing, we could see 4 Win A Day active promotions. These included Wednesday bonuses, game of the month contests, cash prizes and cashback rewards for deposits. They do make up for their inadequate lack of promotions, by providing some great online casino tournaments, which we've gotten into below.

Taking part in Win A Day casino tournaments couldn’t be any easier. Just check their tournament page to see when the next competition is taking place, and what games need to be played in the upcoming tournament. You will need to play in ‘real play’ mode to automatically take part. Throughout the tournament, you can play any one or more of the included games to win points towards your overall score. In case you’re wondering, each winning pay line will net you 1 point. Every player has precisely 100 rounds to gain the most points in each tournament. After your 100 rounds are up, your final score is displayed on the leader board page. If you place in the top 3 total scores, you will be rewarded handsomely for your victory.

We found the basic licensing information we were looking for a little easier on Win A Day than we did on the sister casino site Slotland, which is also operated by Slotland Entertainment S.A. However again the information we came across was fairly limited.

Win A Day Casino is registered in Anjouan, which we still consider being quite an obscure jurisdiction. However, that’s just our opinion. The fact that they do not display any contact information for their licensing authority, nor any audit certification for their RNG software. On the other hand, there are pretty objective reasons to be at least a little wary of this casino site. The issues are pretty much identical to what we discussed in our Slotland Casino review, and the overall situation is similar enough to compare. Win A Day Casino offer SSL encryption, thereby safeguarding all players information. However unfortunately in today’s world, this isn’t always enough to put a player’s mind to rest. With this in mind, we’d feel much better if Slotland Entertainment S.A. updated all their casino sites to be more secure, as well as reflect the information discussed above, and we’re sure that many of their users would as well.

Win A Day do however indicate that their slot machines share a return to player (RTP) of 98%. We got this from a relatively vague answer in their FAQs and would definitely prefer to see an official document displaying RTPs for all their featured games. However, we must say that the rate of 98%, if accurate, is well above the industry standard of 96%, and is also one thing we didn’t find on their sister site.

We were quite disappointed with the banking page that players are shown prior to logging in. We much prefer sites that are not just straightforward but clear and concise about their payment options and terms from the get-go. Win A Day casino is clearly not one of these casinos, which we found quite curious since their sister site Slotland casino definitely faired much better in this category. As with their sister casino, Win A Day only accept transactions in USD. However, for this section, that is pretty much where the similarities ended.

Slotland Casino Withdrawal Times & Limits

• The minimum withdrawal amount is: R1,800
• Withdrawals are processed every Wednesday
• Jackpot wins are paid in full

The banking page simply mentions that VISA, MasterCard, Skrill, Wire Transfer, NETeller, Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, LiteCoin, Check and EFT transfer are ‘some of the deposit and withdrawal methods we accept’. We well understand the fact that some options will only be available in certain jurisdictions and not in others, but we still think that this page is unnecessarily vague about the information by not specifying which methods can only be used for deposits or withdrawals, and also by not including any information regarding processing times or limits on deposits/withdrawals.

The situation does improve a little once logged in, as the ‘banking page’, now labelled the ‘cashier’ page shows users what deposit options are available in their jurisdiction only. We were curious why options like wire transfer and check weren’t available in our location, as we generally find these options available with every other casino. Overall, we’d say that we found their deposit and withdrawal options quite limited, and their cashier page, even after logging in, a little dated and not nearly as user-friendly as that of their sister site, Slotland. On the bright side, however, both casinos clearly state that they do not charge any processing fees.

Games at Win A Day Casino are divided into 4 categories, slots, penny slots, table games and video poker. We were disappointed to find out that the site doesn’t offer any filter or search options to make your life easier when looking for a specific game. However, since the site is pretty limited in terms of game variety, it shouldn’t be too hard to track down whatever it is your looking for.

Much like their sister site, Win A Day seems to have adopted the quality over quantity approach, featuring much of the same high-quality games as Slotland Casino. We had a ball trying out their China Town progressive jackpot slot, as well as other sought-after exclusive games like Busted, Deep Blue, and Dollar Storm. Demo versions of their games are only available to account holders. When logging in users are prompted to select ‘real play’ or ‘free play’ for this purpose.

Win A Day Casino have thankfully done without a Win A Day mobile app altogether and made their games available for instant play through any Android or IOS phone browser. This means you can save the space on your phone and log in to play any Win A Day mobile casino game, or claim any Win A Day bonus, instantly and at any time. Simply visit the site address on your phone, or scan the QR code on the Win A Day mobile page on their desktop site. Log in, and your good to go for Win A Day casino instant play!

Win A Day casino doesn’t currently offer any live casino games. In fact, players looking for a great selection of live casino games will be disappointed. However, Win A Day casino is one of 3 exclusive sites offering exclusive games powered by SlotlandEntertainment, meaning their games are 'exclusive' to some extent. While we do have hope that some may be added in the future. This is clearly not the primary intention of this niche casino site as it has a strong focus on slots and video poker.

Win A Day offer a pretty comprehensive VIP program and structure, divided into 4 tiers. These are bronze, silver, gold and platinum. The exclusive platinum membership gives players the very best benefits and is said to be accessible by invite only. This wouldn’t have been such a hard pill to swallow on its own. But what we didn’t like is that Win A Day are somehow even less transparent than their sister site when it comes to their criteria, even for the lower VIP levels. What we mean by this is that no criteria whatsoever are displayed on-site, so interested players will need to get on live chat to query about these criteria. Unfortunately, even then the response is pretty underwhelming. We were told that the minimum criteria for entry into the VIP program was a total of R90,000 in deposits over the lifetime of our account. At this stage, our account would be reviewed by the VIP team to see if we meet their ‘internal criteria’, and if this is the case only then would we be awarded VIP status.

Win A Day Casino VIP Benefits include:

• VIP Bonuses and Gifts
• Exclusive VIP newsletter
• Monthly Prizes
• Cash bonuses for deposits
• Priority customer support

The benefits of their VIP program are pretty sweet. All in all, this was more than enough to pique our interest. But we still think it is a shame that the casino isn’t fully transparent about their criteria to be eligible for VIP membership. For this reason, we would strongly advise users to play at their own pace, and not go overboard with deposits in the hopes of being awarded VIP status.

Win A Day casino have a pretty comprehensive FAQ page. Players with general queries may save a lot of time by visiting this page which provides simple, concise answers to the most common questions. However if what you’re looking for doesn’t feature on this page, Win A Day casino offer 24/7 assistance via live chat and email support. We would have been happy to see phone support available too since we think this offers a personal touch. As this would be appreciated, especially when discussing complex queries, or others related to substantial sums. However, we must say that our priority here is on seeing that the channels they do offer are done right.

We tested Win A Day’s live chat service and were satisfied with our experience overall. Alex responded to our request in a second and gave us solid and reliable responses for every query we threw at him. Some of the information we were looking for was internal and couldn’t be divulged. But even if we did take issue with the casino’s lack of transparency, we certainly couldn’t fault their customer service representative for that.

Win A Day Casino welcomes international players with open arms but doesn't really support them in any way. The site is only available in English, and they only offer USD as currency, which clearly shows that their primary focus is on countries like America. Or at least it did until South Africa gambling became regulated. Technically, they are no longer allowed to accept traffic from this jurisdiction. We can only expect them to start to adapt to international markets, like South Africa for instance. Sooner, rather than later.

As we’ve seen in our Win A Day Casino review above, this casino is far from the biggest, or the most transparent site we’ve ever reviewed. While we wish they would expand their library just a little, or better yet, provide clear information regarding some issues like audit certification and VIP criteria. It is pretty hard to hold all this against them when also considering everything they have to offer. Their high-quality games are exclusive to Win A Day and its 2 sister casino sites. Their slots RTP is one of the highest we’ve seen at a staggering 98%. And they have some pretty great promotions available for new and existing customers alike. All in all, we’d say they tick a lot of boxes, especially for a slot lover who’s more concerned with quality than with quantity. If that sounds like you, we suggest giving these guys a go!
