Fair Go Casino Review

This South Africa facing online casinos treats new players with a hefty welcome bonus package, which consists of 5 match deposit bonuses up to R3,600 or R18,000 in total. Simply deposit using the coupon code WELCOME and you will get the 100% bonus up to R3,600 immediately. Note, you can do this 5 times in total!

• Wagering Requirements: 30x deposit + bonus
• Free Bonus Wagering Requirements: 60x bonus
• Game Contribution to WR: Slots (100%), Keno (100%), Scratchcards (100%) – Table Games qualify in certain cases
• Expiration Period: N/A

Considering the total bonus amount, the bonus terms are fair, but only if you view the bonus package as a whole. 30x deposit + bonus amount wagering requirements for a match bonus up to R3,600 is too much by all means. However, if we bundle them together, the wagering requirements are a small price to pay! Additionally, pay attention to any daily specials, as you might be joining Fair Go Casino just in time for some free bonus. Note, these bonuses are subject to 60x bonus amount wagering requirements.

We tried to dig out some expiration dates, or timewindows within which you should complete the wagering requirements, but we failed. Most likely, it’s a 30-day expiration period, but it’s best to double check once you claim the welcome bonus.

Besides the welcome bonus package, Fair Go Casino offers tons of other ongoing and limited time bonus deals and promotions. In case you’re depositing with Neosurf, you might want to consider opting for the Neosurf bonus instead, which is a one off 200% bonus up to R18,000!

Fair Go Casino No Deposit Bonus Codes

No deposit bonuses are a hot topic literally everywhere! At the moment, we can't offer you a special Fair Go Casino no deposit bonus code, but we're going to try and get one for you in the near future. After all, nothing beats free money! There are players who have started with a modest R90 to R200 no deposit bonus, and have reached amounts that we can confidently call "significant". At present there are no Fair Go Casino free spins no deposit bonuses up for grabs either. The good news is that if you are looking for free spins Fair Go Casino is often giving them away but we'll look into this in our next section.

There are regular ongoing promotions such as the 30% Cashback Surfing Weekend, the 25% Cashback Bonus and various other reload bonuses which target new games and just players who are in need of some extra bonus funds. When it comes to free spins Fair Go Casino has regular offers for these too. Overall, Fair Go Casino is rather generous. As you can see from the details we mentioned so far, bonuses come in large supply! It’s a thing to be happy about, because not every online casino is willing to open the sack of bonuses and hand them away so easily. There are some that keep the player in a state of limbo before they start offering bonus deals. Well, not Fair Go. Now, when we step back and take a look at the bigger picture, the name suits it, and it’s clearly justified.

Then again, we’d like to kindly recommend to pay close attention to the seemingly clear, yet at times not easy to digest bonus terms. They differ, although at first glance you might get the idea that they’re just the same like the welcome bonus or the general promotions terms and conditions.

It’s not its best feat, but Fair Go Casino is doing just fine even in the security section.  The Curacao license is not prestigious, but it’s enough to give you that sense of security any player needs in order to truly enjoy playing online casino games online. Nevertheless, we couldn’t find the seal of Curacao in the footer at Fair Go Casino, which has become standard at almost all other Curacao online casinos.

To be completely honest, we were pleasantly surprised by the responsible gambling efforts Fair Go Casino is making. It’s not like we get to see a casino which promotes two South African responsible gambling agencies, such as Gambling Help Online and the South African division of Gamblers Anonymous South Africa. Moreover, players who doubt they can control how  much time and money they spent on casino games can opt for some of the responsible gambling features provided by Fair Go Casino, such as:

• Daily/ Monthly Deposit Limits
• Temporary Self Exclusion
• Permanent Self Exclusion
• Connecting Players to relevant Responsible Gambling Agencies

Let it be also noted that Fair Go Casino has addressed the problems of underage gambling. You need to be 18+, or 21+ if you’re in the states, to gain access to Fair Go’s casino games.

In short, Fair Go Casino can be trusted, but you have to know what you’re getting yourself into. All terms are there in the open, it’s just that somebody has to go through them.

When it comes to RTG powered online casinos licensed in Curacao, there aren’t that many payment options to choose from. It’s not like Fair Go Casino didn’t want to extend the payment options list, adding e-wallets like Skrill and/or Neteller among others of course. The thing is, they just can’t do it. And on top of it, players from South Africa have no access to them, meaning they can’t use them as deposit methods at online casinos. However, we’re happy to tell you that Neosurf is accepted at Fair Go Casino, which has proved to be the perfect deposit method for South African online casino players. Other than that and credit cards, Aussies might want to consider depositing and playing with Bitcoin.

Fair Go Casino Withdrawal Times & Transaction Limits

Due to the nature of the currenct withdrawal methods, we can’t discuss the withdrawal times. For what it’s worth, the “up to 15 days” period sounds like longer than what other online casinos are offering, but that’s because we’ve displayed the full time taken for the money to get to your bank account. We advise using Bitcoin whenever possible, because it makes paperwork much easier.

Fair Go Casino accepts AUD, USD and BTC. However, even if Aussies deposit in USD, they will get their money converted to AUD, much more convenient.

If you were to visit a different RTG powered online casino, regardless if there are Aussies or not, you’re usually welcomed by a custom interface, which is not the one you’re going to use once you sign up. Unlike them, the Fair Go Casino has made things simpler, by showing players what they’re getting themselves into. And when we say this, we’re not trying to say it’s bad or anything. Considering the casino game volume, filters are not detrimental, which is why you won’t find that many of them. Players can sort the games by their respective game category, by the number of pokie lines, and whether they have a bonus round, bonus game or anything of that sorts.

It’s all about the pokies! RTG has long entertained pokie players from South Africa, now, it’s South Africa’s turn. Among others, we recommend visiting the progressives section, where you will find titles like Aztecs Millions, Caribbean Hold'em, Caribbean Stud, Let em Ride, Megasaur and Spirit of the Inca.

One of the best parts about Fair Go’s casino game offer is the video poker collection. If you’re into video poker, you have more than 50 reasons to be happy about.

In the past, players were forced to download the RTG client to gain access to the games, but today, you can access them instantly, as soon as you register!

Simple, easy to use, and it looks like your average mobile app, with high performance, smooth transitions and optimized navigation. In other words, the casino games are the center of attention. There are no banners that’ll affect your mobile gaming experience in an adverse manner. RealTime Gaming has made a big leap forward, and in the right direction, in the past years or so. One of the main beneficiaries are the players, RTG fans, and the operators themselves.

Pokies come in large supply, but you can also enjoy Blackjack and Poker. Sadly, there are no mobile-friendly Roulette or Baccarat games. It’s a flaw, but not a detrimental one. That is, only if you’re not into roulette exclusively. In that case, you will have to stay in front of your desktop computer longer than expected, or simply look for other options.

Again, no downloads are necessary. You can register within seconds, literally! In other words, you’re only a few screen taps away from real money play!

Live casino are the pinnacle of online gaming, however, no live dealer casino games are available at Fair Go Casino. Unfortunately, RTG casinos have been kept at bay for far too long now. We’re not sure if it’s an internal problem, meaning their platform cannot support live dealer streams, or it’s more of a business strategy thing. Whatever the case may be, at the time of writing, and most likely in the foreseeable future as well, there are and there will be no live casino games at RTG  casinos, including Fair Go Casino.

However, all table games are made available, but in the virtual form. In essence, it’s the same. The gameplay is exactly the same, and the only difference is how you play the game. We can’t say you’re not missing out on a lot, because you are, but you still get to play your favourite online casino games with real money.

Are VIP benefits and rewards needed? Of course they are, and Fairo Go provides them to their most active and loyal customers. Loyalty pays dividends in the long run. So what can you expect from Fair Go Casino VIP program? For starters, you can get a cashback bonus on a regular basis of up to 40%, which in any casino player’s vocabulary should be underlined, bolded and in italic.

Special bonus offers, priority withdrawals and personalized VIP customer support are also on the menu. Basically, these cover all important aspects that are crucial to one’s complete satisfaction at an online casino. Start playing, collect comp points, and reap those VIP bonus offers and free bonus money.

But don’t despair! Even as a regular customer, there are tons of regular ongoing promotions that are worth every cent!

Usually, the customer support review of RTG casinos doesn’t go well. We’ve encountered agents with poor grammar, typos, and basically no understanding of what the wagering requirements are, they fail to recommend a deposit method, that sort of stuff. However, Fair Go Casino customer support is the opposite! Clear, concise, with a touch of enthusiasm, not only we enjoyed chatting with them, but we learned a great deal about Fair Go Casino, information which is not displayed.

The live chat is the go-to contact method, but you can also give them a call, especially if you’re from South Africa. There’s also email support, but unless you’re sending documents, we recommend to stick to the live chat or phone support. Note, we have not tested phone support yet.

The featured markets at Fair Go Casino are uncommon, yet are clearly defined. The primary target group of Fair Go Casino are South African online casino players, followed only by South Africa online casino players. RTG casino were not that popular among South African casino players, at least not up until a year ago. You can deposit in AUD, USD and BTC, and until further notice, the casino is available in English only.

Can we expect an expansion in a different market? Highly doubtful. The general theme of Fair Go Casino, the branding and all other aspects are designed with South African online casino players in mind. It doesn’t take a trained eye to spot the motives that hint to the Red Continent.

The name suits what Fair Go Casino has on the menu. It’s probably the best destination for bonus hunters, considering the quality and the volume of bonus offers put on display. The RTG casino game portfolio keeps on growing, and besides live casino games, it can pretty much meet all other needs of any online casino player. We pointed out both the features and the flaws in our Fair Go Casino review, and we can easily draw a conclusion that it’s worth the registration and the time you’re going to spend there!
