Slotsmoon Casino Review

Slotsmoon was once an online casino that we had a lot of time for. They had a simple and well-organised as well as some great casino bonuses. Following issues with communication though we have had to add them to our not recommended casino list. As good as a casino site is, if you are not able to get in touch easily then you should probably look elsewhere. Fear not though as not all online casinos are as hard to reach. We would suggest heading over to PlayOJO Casino. Not only can they be reached by email, live chat or over the phone, they are also wager-free! That's right all of their casino bonuses come with no wagering requirements.

Despite being a welcome package which comes in 5 installments, the bonus is not as alluring as one might hope. In total, new players can get up to R/R20,000 in bonus money and 200 Bonus Spins. It takes a modest deposit of at least R400 to feel some of the benefits of the welcome bonus. However, if you want to take full advantage of the offer, you'd have to deposit way more than that. Here’s how the welcome package at Slotsmoon Casino looks like:

If you claim this welcome bonus package, before you withdraw, you will have to wager the bonus and the deposit amounts 35x. Players can trigger the 1^st deposit bonus with R/R400. Unfortunately, players have to settle with slots to complete the said wagering requirements. To make matters worse, not all slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Nevertheless, Slotsmoon Casino has made sure that the full list of games is made easily accessible, that is, if you know where to look for.

Slotmoon Casino promises rewards from day 1. It has one extensive VIP program with a lot of perks and benefits, bonus deals and bonus spins included. Tournaments also seem to be a pretty big deal at Slotsmoon Casino. There are two types of casino tournaments, based on bets and based on wins.

Expect to get newsletters which will inform you of any upcoming bonus offers, changes, new game releases and more. In a way, Slotsmoon Casino keeps you updated with everything that’s going on in the online gaming community.

The casino’s operations are in line with the laws and regulations of Malta and the Malta Gaming Authority. Both licenses are currently active, you can find the Slotsmoon licenses under the following license numbers, Malta Gaming Authority (License No. MGA/CL1/1226/2016) and the Malta Gaming Authority (License No. 000-039483-R-319409-001). The site, including the flow of information is secured with 128 bit SSL encryption. You can feel safe playing at Slotsmoon Casino. If you want to find out more about how Slotsmoon treats your personal info, check out its Privacy Policy.

It takes some guts to make a remark in regards to the banking area in a negative light. There are more than 30 deposit options, ranging from e-wallets, direct online banking, credit cards and prepaid cards. Both globally available and country specific payment options can be used to deposit at Slotsmoon Casino. We’d like to point out several casino player favorite payment options that are country specific, such as iDEAL (the South Africa), Euteller (South Africa), POLi Payments (South Africa), INSTADEBIT (South Africa), Sofort (South Africa), Zimpler (Sweden + Norway) and Siru Mobile (South Africa).

According to the information provided on Slotsmoon’s website, e-wallet withdrawals can take up to 3 days to complete, whereas credit/debit cards can take as many as 8 business days. However, in most cases the withdrawals are completed way faster. Deposit and play in EUR, GBP, USD, SEK, NOK, AUD, CAN and JPY.

We have no remark in regards to the casino game library. It’s an abundant, diverse collection of casino games that can keep the attention of all types of players. Slot players will love the diversity provided by NetEnt, Microgaming and Yggdrasil Gaming among others. The NYX Interactive gaming group is also present with its tons of games. This time around, we tested Slotsmoon Casino enjoying ELK Studios’ Bloopers slot, DJ Wild slot and we spun the reels of the lucrative Divine Fortune by NetEnt.

If you’re not interested in slots, check out the table game offer in the tab Casino Games. Slotsmoon provides a long range of Blackjack and Roulette Games. However, we recommend table game players to visit the Slotsmoon Live Casino, because the experience is simply so much better.

The games are available for instant play. There’s no need to download any kind of software.

Although it’s an online casino that’s available both to desktop and mobile players, the quality of the Slotsmoon Casino mobile app surprised us. All information is neatly advertised and can be accessed rather easily. The main menu holds most of the information. You can find it in the top left corner of the screen. Moreover, the presence of top-notch casino game providers promises long hours of mobile play without even getting near running out of new content to explore.

It’s easy to deposit, claim a bonus and to contact the customer support. In other words, Slotsmoon mobile takes a good care of mobile players. As always, we tested the performance of the app playing a few slot games. This time around, the coin flip decision led us to Energoonz, Piggy Riches and Microgaming’s depiction of a zombie apocalypse called Lost Vegas.

There’s something for everyone! The Slotsmoon Live Casino showcases tables hosted by live dealers. Enjoy Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack and Poker in a different setting. There are special tables for Blackjack and Roulette for VIP players. Evolution Gaming is the provider of this live casino action and we all know how awesome it is.

Live Baccarat Squeeze and Live Dealer French Roulette are also available. To put it in simple words, table game casino players cannot make any remarks as far as the live casino experience goes.

Slotsmoon’s Exclusive Club comes with odd 7 tiers, starting with the BRONZE VIP and the PRESTIGE VIP is at the top. In all honesty, the benefits are truly generous. For example, for every promotion you get in the Exclusive Club, you’re given a 3 day long boosted VIP treatment, including introduction to your dedicated VIP manager, bonus cash and tons of bonus spins. The deposit and withdrawal limits get better. Note, players can become part of the highest 2 VIP levels, the Premium and the Prestige VIP by invitation only, whereas you can advance up to the Platinum VIP simply by collecting points.

The customer support team is available every day of the week, from 8 AM to 1 AM Central European Time. In our opinion, this fits the needs of EU players, but players from South Africa and South Africa might have to adapt to the open hours. The FAQ page contains rather useful information, but we find it more convenient to check out the respective section. For example, if you’re experiencing problems with depositing, visit the Payment Methods or Deposit pages. Nonetheless, do not hesitate about starting a live chat with the agents. They’re friendly and ready to tackle any query.

Slotsmoon Casino is an advocate of the C.A.R.E. principle, Customers Are Really Everything. You doubt it? Test them yourself!

We can’t really put a finger on what markets are featured at Slotsmoon Casino, but we can confidently say that it is open to all regions where online gaming is popular. This includes the English speaking markets like South Africa, South Africa and South Africa, but Slotsmoon is also inclined towards players from Northern Europe. The proof of this hides in the nature of the bonus deals, the bonus terms, the payment options and the language options. However, we must point out that there’s room for improvements in regards to the open hours of the live support. We think that Slotsmoon Casino’s players deserve a 24/7 access to live support.

The name of the casino might mislead you that this is a slots oriented online casino. The reality is totally different. Regardless of your taste in casino games, Slotsmoon has the means to provide you with a complete online gaming experience. We usually tease you with the welcome bonus a casino offers, but this time we’ll simply point the way towards Slotsmoon game collection, it’s that good! Speaking of the welcome bonus, get your hands on up to R/R20,000 in bonus money and 200 Spins!
