BETMGM Casino Review

Start playing at the BETMGM Casino with R450 absolutely free, on the house! In addition to the no deposit bonus, the casino treats new players to a magnificent deposit bonus up to R18,000! They'll double your first deposit! Now, you don’t need anyBETMGM Casino bonus code to get your hands on these bonuses, but you better take some time to understand the bonus terms before you indulge in serious casino bonus action.

For starters, the bonus terms are rather unorthodox, which will definitely make many casino players look for other options, especially passionate bonus hunters. Instead of requiring players to clear wagering requirements, BETMGM Casino NJ asks of its bonus, players earn 6x Bonus Amount iRewards Points. Basically, the bonuses work like any other bonus deal in New Jersey, but the wording differs a bit. We’re against this kind of approach, since it confuses players, and can cause unwanted, unnecessary situations.

• Slots - 100%
• Progressive/Jackpot Slots - 50%
• Video Poker - 25%
• Table Games - 20%
• Roulette - 20%
• Craps - 20%
• Blackjack - 20%
• Baccarat - 20%

Players have 7 days to meet the said iRewards Points requirements. Additionally, the information on which games qualify for iRewards Points is not easily accessible which is another reason for concerns.

The promotions page is changed on a daily basis, which means, new, lucrative deals are on display every day. We didn’t enter the rabbit hole to check out how deep it goes, but it sure looks deep to us. Sweepstakes with prize funds of R18,000 or more, available every day, that spells generous in our book. However, the main source of loyalty rewards and bonus deals for existing players is the VIP program, which is also shrouded in mystery, at least for players who are just passing by.

Bonus deals are generally perceived as the better “loyalty reward” option. Experienced players tend to disagree, and they instead go for Promotions, such as the Sweepstakes we just mentioned. Why? Because you’re not bound to any terms or requirements you should complete. It’s just clean cash, available for real money play, cash, which you can withdraw on demand.

Overall, try to focus on the game, let BETMGM Casino take care of the rest.

Although it’s a relatively small market, when compared to other regions, New Jersey is an extremely competitive market, with a dedicated regulatory body that’s monitoring the field day and night, 24/7! The BETMGM Casino NJ is associated with the Borgata Casino, and it’s licensed, authorized by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. It’s authorized to offer online casino games to individuals physically located in New Jersey that are at least 21 years old.

The casino site is SSL encrypted, meaning no 3^rd parties can intercept or have any kind of impact on the information to and from the casino. In addition, this means that you’re able to enjoy fair online casino games, without having any second thoughts whether you’re given a chance at winning, a fair one!

As always, it’s our duty to point out that the casino that’s subject of this review promotes responsible gambling. Players who have a tough time to end their gaming sessions before they break the bank should dial 1-800-GAMBLER. In case this is too invasive or you find it inconvenient, just contact the customer support for more information. They’re obliged to assist in this kind of situations.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. BETMGM Casino NJ accepts the standard set of payment options, including credit cards, NETELLER, PayNearMe and registered players can also visit the Borgata Hotel Casino and make a cash deposit directly. However, as we said, you need a player account. You will be asked to provide account information, such as a username and an email, and you will also have to show proper ID.

PayPal is not available, but players do have access to VIP Preferred. If we were to recommend a payment method, out of the aforementioned, we’d have to go with NETELLER. Some banks still refuse to process transactions to and from casinos, which is why NETELLER is amazing! Now, if you frequent to the Borgata Hotel Casino, you can drop by and make a Cash at Cage deposits or withdrawals.

According to the BETMGM Casino rules all withdrawals are subject to a review period, which can last up to 5 days. This is too much by anyone’s standards. That being said, the verification procedure lasts 2 days, but there’s a pending period of a couple of days. During this time, players can halt the withdrawal procedure and have their money back to their player account. There are no withdrawal limits, but make sure you don’t have any outstanding wagering requirements that need to be completed.

There’s something for everyone! There are more than 200 slot games, and there are live dealer games, but we’re going to talk about them in greater detail later on. Now, the slot games and the virtual table game offer is on display!

To be straight with you, we really enjoyed the jackpot game collection, which showcases a number of jackpots! Although one same jackpot is available in 4 different slot games, we really like it! Luck of the Jackpot, Biker Pigs, Divine Fortune and Candy Store are available, among others of course! When it comes to table games, we’re not really excited, but only because we know that there are live casino games. And who in their sane mind would opt for virtual table games when there are live dealer table games available? That’s right, nobody!

Nevertheless, video poker is a relevant casino game category. There are thousands of players that are into this evergreen. You can find a half a dozen video poker games in the Table Games section. Craps is also available, but only in a virtual form. It’s almost as if the table game section was created solely to display the video poker games.

Desktop players do not need to download any casino client or software of any kind, they can jump straight into action! Mobile players on the other hand, they’re subject to different terms. If you’re feeling like you need something fresh, something you haven’t tried so far, check out the Variety Games tab. We’re quite sure you’re going to have fun, at least for a couple of hours.

You HAVE TO download the BETMGM Casino mobile app. Whether it’s an Android device you’re holding, or it’s an Apple product, you have to download the respective app. iPhone and iPad players can download the casino app from the App Store, whereas Android players have to visit BETMGM mobile casino and download the file from there directly. Chances are, if you have never downloaded an app out of the Google Play Store, you will have to adjust some setting before you can install the Android app.

Hundreds of slot games produced by some of the best online casino game studios, video poker, and even live dealer table games are available for mobile play. Deposit, play and withdraw on the go. All of our personal favorites in the slot department are available, which is why we didn’t have the extra time to check out the live casino lobby.

BETMGM Casino, or PlayMGM Casino as it was once known, is one of the few online casinos that’s capable to deliver a live casino experience to every home in New Jersey. The casino offers the full range of casino games such as Live American Blackjack, Live American Roulette and Live Baccarat Dragon Bonus Live. Moreover, NJ live casino players have access to the Live Casino Hold’Em Poker tables! Since live casino games are not available by default at NJ licensed online casinos, this is a big competitive advantage and a feature that most casino players duly consider before they join an online casino.

Only a few other online casinos offer live dealer games. By playing live casino games, you increase your chances of winning, in a way. The programmed RNG of virtual Blackjack games, for instance, is a big obstacle that nobody can avoid, whereas if you play against a live dealer in the live casino, you are given a fair chance! Not that you can count cards, since it’s virtually impossible considering the high number of decks in the shoe.

To be honest, we haven’t actually “walked” the live casino lobby at BETMGM Casino. But from what we know, the interface, the stream quality and the service of the live dealers is up to par.

The live casino games are available to mobile players who download the Android app or the iOS app in case we’re dealing with an iPhone or an iPad. However, players can also enjoy the live casino games directly in the mobile web browser, which is not recommended.

All things considered, the VIP program at BETMGM Casino is probably its best feature following the live casino games. The VIP program is designed to reward the most loyal, and the most active players first. In other words, those of you who are going to stay for a long time, will for sure feel the benefits at BETMGM Casino NJ. However, this also means you will have to play, not just have an account with them.

Below, you can find the iRewards Tiers and how much credits you need annually to maintain your VIP status. Bear in mind, the NOIR tier is open to players who receive an invitation. In other words, regardless of how much you play, how much you’ve won/lost, you will always be part of the Platinum tier unless you get invited.

But how can you earn the aforementioned credits? Here’s another table which shows how much you should wager in a given game to earn one iRP.

Slots players have it easy, in a way. This is what an inexperienced players will think of. For starters, blackjack and video poker players usually play with heftier bets, and roulette players are known to raise the stakes after a few unsuccessful spins. For what it’s worth, the rates are well balanced!

But what can you do with these iRPs? For starters, you can convert them in cash, or you can obtain bonuses and tickets for various tournaments. However, you can also exchange them for valuable electronics, housewares, personal items and poker items. At least, these are the categories in the iRewards Store. iPads, expensive glasses, chips, gadgets and much, much more is on display in the BETMGM Casino VIP store.

Customer support is extremely important for the satisfaction of online casino players, mainly because, misunderstandings do happen, and the best way to come to the bottom of them is via customer service.

Surprisingly the email support team is extremely fast. When compared with other NJ online casinos, the email support at BETMGM Casino is probably the best in New Jersey. However, live chat is more readily available. While they do offer phone support, this is not currently available 24 hours a day.

• Phone Number: 609-248-9531
• E-mail: via online contact form
• Live Chat: available 24/7

For the time being, only players physically located in New Jersey can enjoy the games that are on display. Moreover, these individuals have to be at least 21 years old. If there are some changes in the legal status of online gaming on a federal level, for sure, these games will become available to players from other states.

Note, you don’t have to be in New Jersey to register and make your initial deposit. However, you will have to visit New Jersey if you want to feel the thrill of online casino games. It’s counterintuitive, but that’s how things are. While we’re talking  about regions, please obtain a NETELLER account if you don’t want to encounter deposit and withdrawal inconveniences. As long as PayPal is not available, NETELLER is the best online payment option at BETMGM Casino.

To be honest, it can’t be better than this. New players are given a chance to start with R450 absolutely free, to test some of the games,  have a good look around before you make your first deposit, for which, you will get more bonus funds! In case you’ve skipped some of the contents of this BETMGM Casino review, you can go back and check the information in detail. BETMGM Casino NJ guarantees long hours of gaming action mainly because of the live casino games. You will never be in the same situation! Of course, if you’re not into table games, the slot library continuously grows!
