The credited bonus amount needs to be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal is allowed, that’s if you’re playing Slots, Keno and Scratch Cards. Playing Video poker and Blackjack requires the player to wager the bonus amount 60 times.
Be advised, bonuses can be subject to maximum cashout limits. For example, deposit bonuses can come with a maximum cashout limit of 10x the deposit amount, whereas no deposit bonuses or free chips are limited to no more and no less, but R1,800 only.
One term of the bonus rules caught our attention. There’s this special type of bonuses at Silver Oak Casino called No Play/ No Max bonuses. They allow players to play Slots, Scratch Cards or Keno. Even upon completion of the wagering requirements, players are still NOT ALLOWED to play other games. If you do play other type of games, even after you complete the wagering requirements, YOUR WINNINGS WILL BE VOIDED.
Bonuses & Promotions
Besides this truly amazing welcome offer Silver Oak’s players are offered regular limited time bonus offers that allow them to continue playing extra bonus funds. For example, there’s a 60% cash back bonus. However, only players who haven’t claimed any bonus whatsoever are eligible for this promotion.
It’s a colorful promotions tab, to say the least. In our experience it’s updated promptly, but as we know the set of standard weekly bonuses and cashbacks are beyond than enough. In addition, as it seems there are is also free cash at the disposal of existing players. Draws, tournaments and other type of competitions are available at Silver Oak Casino on a weekly basis.
Security
Unfortunately, Silver Oak Casino likes to keep its players in dark under what license it operates. We had to put in a great effort to find out that it was in fact Costa Rica. It is one of the few online casinos that have stuck to this “infamous” jurisdiction.
Silver Oak Casino is certified by the CDS and the software employed is certified by Gaming Labs. Your privacy and a fair chance in winning are guaranteed at Silver Oak. It’s not an area to worry about.
Banking
All deposits reflect instantly on the cash balance. Silver Oak Casino offers rather limited deposit and payment options. That said, you can deposit only with a credit card or a direct cash transfer. After the quick expansion of Bitcoin, Silver Oak Casino started accepting Bitcoin deposits as well. Players from outside of South Africa have access to Neteller.
If you wish to deposit with a direct cash transfer, contact Silver Oak customer support for more information. They’ll assist you and provide you with proper guidance. Depositing with a credit card is your most convenient option. Players can withdraw using 3 different payment methods, including Bank Transfers, Bank Wire and Checks.
Silver Oak Casino has a long 10 day waiting period. That’s too much. During this period no actions are taken, you just have to wait. Most of the bad statements we’ve heard are closely related to the withdrawal or payout periods.

Silver Oak Casino has a state of the art mobile app that allows its players to access the game library with all mobile devices. You do not need to download any software whatsoever. All you need is an working mobile web browser and you can jump into play right away. Mobile players get the same treatment as desktop players. Android or iOS, it doesn’t matter what OS, because it’s a no download web app.
Slot players enjoy the best conditions due to the nature of how their games of choice work. However, card and table games players will find it fairly difficult to enjoy the full potential of what these games can provide. Stick to desktop if you’re into blackjack. At least, that’s how we experienced it.

Customer Service
There’s a team of experts watching your back 24/7. If you stumble upon some sort of difficulties at Silver Oak Casino, feel free to contact the customer service department. The most convenient method of communication with some of its representatives is the live chat. Players located in South Africa and South Africa can get in touch with Silver Oak Casino by calling them on the provided toll free number in the contact section, dial 1-888-402-2063.
You can also email them. There are 3 separate email addresses dedicated for deposit, payout and general questions. The most distinctive and rarely seen method of communication among online casinos is Skype. Add silveroaksupport1 and start chatting!
Now, during our testing we noticed that the customer service department experiences frequent bottleneck issues. The thing is, the volume of queries was too big and we were disconnected whenever we attempted to use the live chat. Hopefully, this won’t happen to you.
Markets
Our recommendation is as follows. If you’re located in South Africa or South Africa, consider joining Silver Oak Casino. If you’re not an RTG fan and you’re not located in the featured markets of Silver Oak Casino you should look elsewhere. Even if you’re an RTG fan, there are better alternatives than Silver Oak. Although, they might not be as generous as Silver Oak is, it will be a better decision in the long run.
