Karjala Kasino Review

Previously, Karjala was one of the few online casinos that let new players choose their welcome bonus. They have recently changed their welcome offer and stuck to the standard 100% match deposit bonus. For the time being they have done away with the Karjala Casino no deposit bonus.

Most bonuses, including the welcome bonus treats are subject to 35 times the bonus wagering requirement. Moreover, it takes a deposit of only R/R400 to trigger the bonus offers. Unfortunately, in order to complete the wagering requirements, you need to wager the bonus amount on slots only. All table games, all jackpot games, all live casino games, video poker and a long range of slots do not contribute to the wagering requirements.

At this moment, there aren’t any ongoing promotions. However, we contacted their customer support to find out more, and they said that they’re definitely going to offer reload bonuses and free spins to their players. After all, this is a brand new online casino. It’s better to let them take their time, and come up with an all-round promotion calendar reward system.

Karjala Casino is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (License No. MGA/CL1/955/2014) and the Malta Gaming Authority (License No. 039575-R-319439-002). The Random Number Generator is certified, proving it’s fair. SSL encryption is in place, safeguarding your privacy and your bank details.

Considering this casino was launched not long ago, an audit is still not necessary, but it won’t do any harm. We’re going to check come back in the foreseeable future to see if they’ve hired an independent testing agency. Hopefully, they can boast with one or two additional seals on their webpage.

The banking terms say a lot about Karjala Casino. Credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets are made available. Note that credit card transactions are not available in South Africa. If we take into consideration the target markets of Karjala Casino, the options are perfect. South African players can deposit with Euteller, their very own geo-specific deposit method. Trustly, Paysafecard, EnterCash and Neteller are also available. Due to the nature of Trustly, it is they payment method we’d like to recommend.

All withdrawal methods come with a 2.5% fee, with Trustly being the only one that’s fee free. Deposits are instant, and all withdrawals are processed the same day, with the exception of credit card withdrawals.

Nothing but the best! Karjala is powered by the best casino studios in the industry, including the likes of NetEnt, Yggdrasil Gaming, Microgaming and Play’n Go. It’s an attractive, captivating game collection that won’t leave any player indifferent to its quality. However, we do think that a few extra filters can make a difference. Nonetheless, we didn’t have any difficulties finding the games we were looking for.

We might have reviewed Karjala too early. There are only 2 video poker, Joker Poker and Three Card Poker. This will certainly not impress any Video Poker player. Also, there are only 2 virtual roulette games. However, the gap is closed with a wide array of Live Casino games.

The jackpot collection is admirable! Great NetEnt hits like Arabian Nights, Mega Fortune and Cosmic Fortune are available. Furthermore, you can compete for the Major Millions slot jackpot and the infamous Greedy Goblins.

The Karjala Casino mobile app looks good, works well and most importantly, it’s optimized and compatible with all mobile devices. Regardless of the type of your device, be that an Android smartphone or an iPad, you can enjoy your favorite games at Karjala Casino mobile.

NetEnt’s Touch platform is a great asset, that’s become a favorite among mobile players. Nevertheless, you can play hundreds of slots like Holmes and the Stolen Stones, At the Copa and Mr. Vegas. Live Casino Games are also available for mobile play. However, in our experience, playing on your desktop is way better, but only when it comes to Live Casino Games.

The table games might be scarce, but the Live Casino offer definitely makes up for this. There are tens of casino rooms, covering all popular table and card games like Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack and Poker. Moreover, you can also find the esteemed Dragonara Roulette table, Evolution’s Immersive Roulette and NetEnt’s Live suite is also present.

If you happen to a high roller who likes to be treated as such, and you need more liberal bet limits, take a seat at a VIP table, regardless of what game you like to play. As we mentioned earlier, live casino games are available for mobile play, but not all of them. Depending on the software provider, you might be limited to playing on a desktop.

It’s too early to talk about the existence of a loyalty program, let alone even mention a VIP program. The Karjala Casino looks promising from any point of view. We have no doubts that there will be a VIP program. If Karjala Casino does not meet the needs of the VIP players, it would be a tough blow for their valuable high rollers and loyal casual players.

A core part of our reviewing process is the quality of service the customer support provides. We contacted them multiple times and we always received assistance in a timely fashion. The agents were courteous, professional and they were prepared to go the distance to meet our needs and demands. The live chat is the best way to tackle any problem you might be experiencing. Phone support is not available, but you can contact them by email as well, at [email protected].

Karjala Casino is a tailor made online gaming environment, designed to meet the needs of the casual and passionate South African online casino players. Players from other regions cannot join Karjala. The language options and the payment methods point towards South Africa. After all, even the name of the casino goes by a South African beer called Karjala. You will be asked to provide a valid South African phone number.
