South Africa customers can also choose from several e-wallets such as ecoPayz, and Paysafecard. Most of these options are available across several regions, but Duelz Casino stays on top of the competition with the addition of geo-friendly payment methods.

Duelz Casino is home to more than 1000 games, with its gaming library poweredby big names such as like NetEnt, Play'n GO, Quickspin, Yggdrasil Gaming and Microgaming.

However, when compared to market leaders, they fall short by a decent margin. The casino is only partnered with around 19 providers, whereas many competitors offer games by over 40 software suppliers.

Customers can filter by game type, and have access to game-sorting features such as Instant Win, Newest, Feature Buy and Gamevy.

A search box located on the left lets you search for games by name only.

All games can be played in demo mode. This means that you don’t have to wager any real money to try new and interesting titles.

The number of varies between regions, this means that SA players will see a more limited selection.

Slots & Jackpots

Slots make up the majority of the Duelz Casino games selection with 900+ games. We can single out new and old hits such as Aloha, Book of Dead and Rise of Merlin.

Customers can filter slots by Jackpots, Megaways, Classics, Ancient Egypt, Sticky Wilds and High Volatility. These filtering options are great for players who are new to online casinos.

In terms of classic slots, usual names such as  Starburst, Immortal Romance and Bonanza are some examples on offer.

You can expect to find plenty of established Megaways titles, such as Gonzo’s Quest Megaways, Divine Fortune Megaways and Aztec Gold Megaways.

The selection is regularly updated with new titles so that you can expect all fresh and exciting titles every week or every month.

The jackpot slots department is rich, showcasing some of the market's big-hitters such as Divine Fortune and Mega Moolah.

We recommend checking out Duelz Casino’s Drops & Wins section, with generous jackpots ready to drop at any time of the day.

Table & Other Games

At Duelz Casino, players can enjoy multiple table game variants of roulette, poker, blackjack, baccarat and video poker.

Despite the limited variety, we can single out popular versions such as Vegas Single Deck Blackjack and Classic Blackjack and popular roulette language variants such as European Roulette and American Roulette.

There are also video poker games on display for all video poker fans, including Jacks or Better, amongst others.

Besides this, you have a couple of Keno and Scratch titles to choose from.

The Duelz mobile casino experience is a user-friendly adapted desktop version that can be accessed from the web browser of a mobile phone. It works great on all mobile devices and is in line with the mobile casino players’ wants and needs.

Although downloadable mobile apps are not available, the browser version offers excellent graphics and navigation throughout the whole mobile site.

Most of the desktop games can be enjoyed on mobile and live chat support is also available.

The pop-up menu at the bottom mirrors all desktop functionalities. You will have quick access to all important options, such as promotions, games and language.

Everything was running smooth across the board, and we didn’t experience any issues.

Duelz Casino’s live dealer section is supplied by Evolution Gaming, which is one top software providers.

Overall, you have 21+ live dealer tables to choose from. They include Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker and Game Shows. Each game type is available in several distant variants and betting options.

All games are hosted by professional dealers which are available 24/7. You can also enjoy live chat with the dealers in real time.

Here are some of our top picks:

• Blackjack: Blackjack Lobby
• Roulette: Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette
• Baccarat: Baccarat Lobby
• Poker: Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker
• Game Shows: Monopoly Live, Dear or No Deal

Although limited in number, there is no doubt that Duelz casino offers a good selection of live casino games.

Instead of the usual tiered system where you earn points for playing, players can fight against other real-time opponents whilst playing all-time favourite slots like Starburst or Book of Dead.

Every finished duel earns you stars and trophies, which are used to unlock different chests containing cash prizes or spells that you can add to your collection. You can also unlock chests by buying them by using your account balance.

With every trophy you collect you rise in the leaderboard, and when you are promoted to a higher league, you compete with better opponents and grab even more valuable rewards.

We noticed that the casino is not transparent about the levels, stars and trophies that can be sought after, so we can’t provide any specific information about this.

During your stay at Duelz Casino, acquiring help with any issue or question you have related to the casino, is quite easy and straightforward, as well as strikingly fast.

Your best contact method is the 24/7 live chat, as the agents usually respond within 5 minutes.

The only alternative option they currently have available is to send an e-mail. You can expect to receive a detailed response from the skilled support agents within 24-48 hours.

The only remarks we have is the missing FAQs section, which would help players with all non-urgent matters, and of course, the fact that there’s no telephone number available.

Casino Contact Details:

• Live Chat: 24/7
• Telephone Support: N/A
• Email (SA): [email protected]

Email (International): [email protected]

• FAQs Section: N/A

Duelz Casino has a strong multi-market focus, with SA casino players at its forefront. Other English language markets have also been kept in mind, meaning players from South Africa and South Africa are also in focus.

The casino has excellent geotargeting, and players from these regions will get a chance to enjoy region-targeted welcome bonuses in local currencies, such as GBP, CAD, NZD, EUR and AUD, amongst others.

The same goes for geo-friendly payment methods, which will depend on your region. Players from South Africa will have access to PayPal, while South African customers can enjoy Interac, iDebit and Flexepin.

On the flip side, players from SA can take advantage of ecoPayz and Paysafecard.

Since Duelz Casino is also available for several other markets, the website is multilingual and can be accessed in English, Norwegian, South African, South African, Japanese and South African.

As we have seen in this Duelz Casino review, this is an excellent all-around online casino that emphasizes on all things modern.

It offers a top-quality game selection and one-off loyalty program, however, we do feel that the lack of transparency might be off-putting for some players.

The casino’s range of geo-targeted banking options are bound to satisfy players from several different regions. Besides this, there is an excellent support team.

All in all, our final verdict is positive. Newcomers can take advantage of region-targeted welcome offers, with a generous deposit match and free spins.
