CasinoMGA Review

The welcome bonus at CasinoMGA sure is a treat. With bonuses on your first 7 deposits at CasinoMGA, no player can stay indifferent. Nevertheless, there are few bonus terms that you might’ve not expected. In total, the current CasinoMGA welcome bonus package is R90,000. However, pay close attention to the first deposit bonus. That’s a 400% boost. Depositing R1,800 using the bonus code WELCOME1, means your starting balance will be staggering R9,000.

First, here’s how the welcome bonus package looks like in detail. Below you can find our thoughts on the bonus terms associated.

Players who like to play with bonus money, and ones that claim the welcome bonuses part of this package, have to wager the bonus amount 50 times before any withdrawals can be made. Additionally, only slots will get your account clear off of any wagering requirements. Table games, scratch cards, you can forget about them.

Now, the key term which we dislike is that you CAN claim the 2^nd-7^th deposit bonuses within 7 days of your first deposit. This isn’t a problem for high rollers, or passionate players, but casual casino players prefer longer time frames. For example, had it been that players must make a deposit within 7 days of each previous deposit, this would’ve probably been one of the best welcome packages.

Needless to say, even as it currently is, with 50x bonus wagering requirements, and up to R90,000 up for grabs, it can be a lucrative bonus deal.

Lastly, players have 30 days to clear any wagering requirements.

Considering the quality of the welcome bonus, and the standard bonus terms and conditions, bonus players can raise their expectations. It seems that CasinoMGA is one of the ones that like to shower players in bonus money. However, there are no ongoing promotions for existing players put on display. The promotions section shows only the welcome bonuses. Though, this shouldn’t sound any alarms. There should be a decent stream of reload bonuses that will keep your bonus and cash balance afloat.

In all honesty, we hope that there are bonus deals that can get the attention of table game players. Slots are fun, and they can be rewarding, but nothing beats the thrill of blackjack and roulette.

If you thought CasinoMGA sounds familiar, that’s because part of it is actually the acronym for the Malta Gaming Authority. However, we have to say this loud and clear. The casino does not hold a license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority, nor it boasts the seal of any other regulator. Frankly speaking, it looks like a Curacao licensed casino, but we couldn’t find any information that would confirm this.

Other than that, the casino has SSL encryption, and it’s associated with well-known payment providers. Moreover, the fact that it’s powered by some of the best online casino game providers in the industry almost guarantees everything is going to be alright. Security and privacy are guaranteed. However, there are no 3^rd party audit reports, and there are no seals that take you directly to responsible gambling agencies. There again, there are links to GambleAware, the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation and Gamblers Anonymous South Africa on the Responsible Gambling page.

The casino appears to be OK from a security point of view. The only thing that worries us it the fact that there’s no information on whether the casino is licensed or not.

The CasinoMGA payment options are most definitely not the best ones or the most diverse ones we’ve seen. Players can deposit using credit cards and/or the increasingly popular Neosurf. For those of you that are not familiar with how Neosurf works, in short, it’s an online voucher, a prepaid card, sort of. Much like the worldwide popular Paysafecard, it too offers complete anonymity. It’s extremely popular among online casino players from South Africa.

There are no fees on deposits, and players can make deposits starting with R90 only with Neosurf, or R200 with VISA or MasterCard. However, your bank will charge you a 2.5% fee, unless you’ve struck some sort of a special deal with them.

CasinoMGA Withdrawal Options, Withdrawal Limits and Withdrawal Times

Those of you that are surprised by MasterCard in this table, you should know that not all banks/financial institutions block MasterCard withdrawals. It’s closely related to your location. However, it’s not a withdrawal in most regions where online gaming is popular.

We’d prefer to have the aforementioned e-wallets in the deposit section as well. This way, players have to pay double fees, both on deposits and on withdrawals. Although not mentioned on the banking page, the T&C cover Bank Wire withdrawals. In other words, you can withdraw via bank wire, but we have a hunch that not all online casino players will be given this “privilege”. Neosurf is a deposit method only.

The thing we like the most about CasinoMGA is the filters. The game filters give players the opportunity to easily find an enticing game that matches their criteria. For example, you can search for slot games with multipliers, or maybe you want rewarding bonus features, or you just want to squeeze as many chances as possible with some free spins. The CasinoMGA user-interface, and the game filters make this possible. Furthermore, you can also filter the games based on the game’s theme. This is something we at CasinoSectors love! Some of the theme filters include:

• Mythology
• Adventures
• Scary Slots
• Sport Slots
• Fruit Slots
• Heroes & Villains
• Animal
• Cute & Bubbly

In addition, you can filter the games by their casino game studios that’ve produced them, or by the Risk Level. There are 5 risk levels. If you’re looking for the search box, you can find at the top of the screen, right next to the main menu button.

Overall, the casino game offer makes CasinoMGA a great destination for passionate slot players who know their casino games. In the hands of an avid slot player, and with the bonus deals on top, CasinoMGA is one complete slot player treat. On the other hand, if you’re new to online slots, make sure you check out Novomatic’s greatest hits, and the leading NetEnt slot games.

It appears that CasinoMGA is designed and established based on a few principles, which clearly affect the user interface, and the mobile app design. The mobile app features a simple design, easy to navigate interface, and most importantly, it performs pretty well from a tech aspect.  As far as the layout goes, it’s exactly the same like the desktop website. In other words, players should find it easy to play both on the go and on desktop.

This is an instant play mobile casino, meaning you play the games in your mobile web browser. We are pretty sure that there will never be CasinoMGA native apps, ones which you can download from the Play Store or iTunes. The live casino games are available for mobile play as well, and you must check it out if you’ve never played blackjack or roulette with a live dealer. You’ll love it!

We wanted to register at CasinoMGA just so we get the opportunity to have a good look around and test same of the live casino games. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so, because we didn’t receive the 6 digit code via SMS. Just when we thought we’re out of options, the code arrived and we were able to access all parts of the casino. However, the live casino was not available. In other words, there are no live casino games. It’s highly unlikely that there will be any in the near future. Chances are, the web designers were not allowed to remove the Live Casino button from the menu.

In short, there are no live dealer casino games at CasinoMGA. If you’re looking for some live casino action, you better scroll below, and check out the similar casino we’ve listed.

At first glance, we thought it’s going to be easy to review CasinoMGA. However, as we moved from one topic to another, we realized we simply can’t obtain the necessary details. In other words, we can’t give you a clear picture of what you can expect if you join CasinoMGA. Here’s another area which is sort of a mystery. Is there a CasinoMGA VIP program? Do loyal players get ANYTHING extra at CasinoMGA. From the looks of it, no. There’s no special VIP section, not a single word in the T&C related to VIP players, and there’s no mention of VIP rewards in the promotions page.

We must give them the benefit of the doubt. We did conduct the review on Sunday, which is probably why we couldn’t get in touch with any of the customer support agents. However, imagine if we were experiencing an issue which required assistance from inside the casino. We’d have to wait at least 18 hours more to get any kind of help from the customer support department.

There is live chat, and there are 3 different “channels” sort of. To be precise, you have to choose one of the three options to start a chatting. You can get in touch directly with the account department, coupon/bonus, or get in touch with somebody from the finance sector and verify your documents.

Although it’s an South Africa facing online casino, the official address of the casino points to Edinburgh. Here are the CasinoMGA contact details.

Taking the payment options, the casino game offer and other similar areas into close consideration, allows us to clearly identify the target player base of CasinoMGA. Without a doubt, South Africa is in CasinoMGA’s crosshairs, along with South Africa and South Africa. Players from South Africa are not allowed to join CasinoMGA, not until it obtains a MGA license. We can easily put CasinoMGA among the best South African online casino, mainly because of the quality bonuses, Neosurf and the rather enticing casino game collection.

We must admint, we expected more! CasinoMGA is the perfect fit for slot players, mainly because of its advanved game filters, the game collection and the generous bonuses which put slot players in the spotlight. Nevertheless, a lot of information is missing, and we hope we hear from them in the near future, so we can fill in the gaps and update our CasinoMGA review. The first deposit bonus is probably the best reason you got to join CasinoMGA. A deposit of R1,800 means you’ll start playing your favorite slots at CasinoMGA with a balance of R9,000!
