AstralBet Casino - CLOSED

We must admit, the welcome bonus offer of AstralBet is a real eye-catcher, mainly because it’s designed to meet the needs of all types of players, and we’re dealing with a 4 digit amount, with some free spins on the top. The total of $/R60,000 and 129 Bonus Spins is available in 3 installments:

The welcome bonus package suffered minor changes. That being said, only the first deposit bonus was changed. Now, it's way more attractive. Prior to the changes it was a tiered welcome bonus, which called for heftier deposits, which had a direct effect on casual players.

Bonus players can complete the wagering requirements playing Video Slots and all table games. However, jackpot games and video poker do not contribute towards the completion of the wagering requirements. This term is part of the standard bonus terms and conditions.

Newsletters are a source of bonuses available to existing players. Furthermore, you can reload your cash balance on Mondays with the 70% reload bonus up to $/R4,000. This should get you through the week, or until a new bonus deal becomes available. It takes a deposit of at least $/R400 to trigger most of the bonus offers at AstralBet Casino.

Keep in mind that AstralBet Casino has its very own Loyalty Rewards program. It pays well to be active and loyal to AstralBet. The rules are pretty straightforward. Find out more about that in the VIP & the Loyalty section of this review.

Surprisingly, but AstralBet Casino is licensed by the eGaming Authority of Curacao. Our first impression was that the casino is licensed in the EU, by the MGA or the Malta Gaming Authority. Nevertheless, AstralBet is a safe online gaming environment, designed and operated according all world online gaming standards. The site is protected with SSL encryption.

The games that are showcased come from the most popular casino game studios. They’ve been through many audits and tests that’s it’s practically impossible to be treated unfairly.

The game library shapes what type of players join a casino, whereas the payment options dictate where do players come from. AstralBet’s players can safely deposit with credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets and online banking methods. Even Paysafecard is at your disposal, being the only prepaid card.

Trustly is our payment method of choice. Sofort and GiroPay are available to players from South Africa. Zimpler is the go to payment option if you’re a passionate mobile casino player. EcoPayz is also listed, next to its counterparts Skrill and Neteller. A distinctive payment option is SafetyPay. If it’s available to players from your region, it will appear in the cashier once you’ve registered and you’ve logged in.

AstralBet’s players can deposit, play and withdraw in EUR, AUD, USD, CAD, SEK and NOK. E-wallet withdrawals are instant, whereas credit card withdrawals and withdrawals requested via Trustly usually take up to 3 days.

Not only it looks good, but it’s also easy to navigate. In addition to the user-friendly filtering options, the game collection is provided by 16 different casino game studios, which guarantee access to diverse casino game content that in all honesty, will take time to go through if there ever comes a need for that. Players can sort the games by their producer, by their features, by how many paylines they feature, and you can also sort them alphabetically and by their popularity. We’re 100% positive you will find these filters useful.

Besides the standard, popular casino game providers like NetEnt, Microgaming and NYX Interactive among others, we’d like to point out the presence of Foxium, Endorphina, Ainsworth Gaming and GameArt.

We recommend trying out Hugo by Play’n Go, Wolf Gold slot by Pragmatic Play and Alice Adventure by iSoftBet.

Mobile players can enjoy a long range of games, covering all casino game types, such as slots, table games and fun games. Not that the other two are not fun, but these require no skill whatsoever. All mobile devices, including Android, iOS, Windows and Blackberry are supported. Simply register, log in and you can start playing your favorite casino games at this very moment, regardless of your current location.

You can find he aforementioned filters in the top right corner of the screen. It’s a tiny screw, “you can’t miss it”. Once you tap it, a whole dashboard of filters will appear. This feature spares mobile players from scrolling, looking manually for the game they want to play. Yet again, even mobile players have loads of content at their disposal.

Table game players will have to settle with the virtual table games. At this very moment, AstralBet does not offer any live dealer casino games to its players. It’s sad to see a great online casino like AstralBet without live dealer games. However, this basically has no impact on the slot player satisfaction. We honestly hope to see a live casino at AstralBet provided by the leading Evolution Gaming, or NetEnt’s live casino platform. We might as well settle with Extreme Live Gaming.

All players who accumulate a wagering amount of R/R180,000 are put in the Silver VIP club. VIP players are given a dedicated account manager, which is there to serve the player at any time of the day. Cashback bonuses and other perks become available. Once you have wagered a total of R/R450,000 the Gold VIP awaits. The benefits are without a doubt much better. The highest VIP tier is the Platinum. All players that wager a total of R/R900,000 are put here. If you happen to be a rather active, passionate casino player, you can become a Platinum VIP player at AstralBet in no time.

The live chat is the communication method of choice of all players. You can start a live chat session easily, by clicking or tapping on the live chat button located in the bottom right corner. Provide your name and your email and the chat will commence. The response time in our experience is short. In addition, the level of quality of the service met our criteria. Furthermore, you can also message them at [email protected].

Lastly, AstralBet provides a stellar phone customer support. There are 6 different numbers. If you’re from Sweden dial +46-844-681-480, players from Austria should dial +43-720-884-361 and players from Switzerland can get in touch with AstralBet at +41-435-081-129.

Germans have their very own landline number +49-221-572-790-74, whereas Norwegian players should call +47-219-395-06. All other players should dial +35-627-781-769, which is the phone number of AstralBet’s office located in Malta.

AstralBet Casino is pretty clear when it comes to its featured markets. The operator is clearly targeting players from Sweden, South Africa and the South African speaking regions like Austria, South Africa and Switzerland. Players from South Africa have a decent game portfolio at their disposal, but the payment options are not the ideal ones, since POLi Payments and FlexePIN are missing. Canadians have quite a lot of games to choose from, excluding NetEnt of course.

AstralBet is among the finest online casinos that are designed with the slot player in mind. Yes, the welcome offer can meet the needs of all types of players, but there’s no live casino. Playing virtual table games is nowhere near as exciting as playing against a live dealer. Nevertheless, it’s a player-friendly environment powered by more than 15 casino game studios. What else is there?
